Can we apply for some % duo penalty exemption if you have played say 200+ games with someone?
Because the penalty is now +400 we're just queuing into top 5 players on the regular with limited chances to win
The penalty has reached a point where we will now just lose most games as a duo -> rating decreases which mean you win gain it back in solo queue -> but my partner doesn't play solo which means his rating will only ever decline 😂
It's probably not that common but its getting a little comical for our situation ...

The duo benefit in reality is probably somewhere between 0-50 elo max and its a shame smurfers forced the change to make the penalties extreme if your elo is not similar. Hurts people doing it legatimately

I really wish this would be looked at ! Appreciate it's niche but does enjoyment of the game greatly. Why we queue with +400 elo added on really reduces our game quality. Mechanisms that incentivize you to not team with friends should be carefully implemented and this one is too catch-all

At the start of the season when all players are low elo it's OK but the last half of the season is brutal.
