Gold Monuments

I only noticed today after finally getting 10 of the same card, you have to put that one card in all of the slots for it to be gold.

Before that I always thought once you had 10 cards it was gold - no matter how many other ones you put in?

Seems a bit counter-productive as it doesn't let people show off their multiple golden or silver monuments.
