click on the VOD link and its where the bug starts. basically the workers are queuing up automatically and despite my fast apm i cant cancel them and build units.
i left the game and reconnected but the bug still there.

This is really strange. Are you using any macros that could be using your "U" key to push workers or using anything else that could generate inputs from your keyboard? Will forward this to lisk but from my first look I couldnt really see where the worker hire commands were coming from. Maybe your "U" key got stuck after typing in chat or something?
I can just tell for sure, it wasn't a takeover bot or any game logic, it was most likely something that simulated an input since the server got the command from you to hire workers. If it was something with the bot AI, it would say so in the server logs
