Please give us a setting for this. I have a muscle reaction that makes me constantly press right mouse button uncontrollably. It can happen almost all time and its making me no friends and people getting annoyed. Or ideally make it so you have to press Shift+Mouse ping so I can still ping when I need too.

No Rebind for Ping, and can only select an option to Not recieve pings from others.

Making the ping key rebindable alongside the key to click and drag the map, and select units would be nice
