Something wrong with Battle scars legion spell.

Last game I had a doppelganger that couldnt seem to gain battle scars stacks. Round 11 it and a harbinger both died and the harbinger got the stack even though the doppel took about twice as much damage. Round 12 nothing got a stack.

Doppel didnt get a stack here. No healing, everything died, it had most hp by a lot.

Defense types matter. Doppel has 20% less hp on 11 and Harb+summon have 20%more.

Just for some more context: Harb+summon hp on 11: (1580+860)x1.2= 2928 Doppel hp on 11: 3300x0.8= 2640.
