Did you try to restart steam or relog out of it?

Otherwise if it still doesn't work, please upload your log files so we can check what's wrong:

Right click Legion TD 2 in Steam library > Manage > Browse Local Files
Browse to Legion TD 2 > Dev > Logs > [date you experienced bug] <-- zip this folder
Attach the zipped folder here

Seems like some network issue, can you try to switch your DNS perhaps?

If that doesn't work you probably have to use a VPN or wait until your ISP resolves that issue
