bought trackmania 2 games on ubi store but not working

i bought the trackmania 2 games on the ubisoft store but when i launch maniaplanet my account is still a demo account ive been talking to ubi support but theyve been useless

do you have your activation key ?
you can try to get them by clicking the three dots icon, then click Manage and then Properties
and search the keys here

and now you can try to activate maniaplanet with these keys

I've looked but there's no keys section

I’m having this exact same issue

And once I got an actual key, I was able to redeem the key on Ubisoft connect but not on ManiaPlanet

It would always show either internal error or just not valid key xd

I'm trying a different approach by reporting the fact that the key is missing as a bug in ubisoft connect, hopefully one of these ways will work

can you get a refund ? I guess it's the easiest thing

For me at least it’s not a matter of getting or not a refund but rather being able to play the game

If the key are bugged it doesn’t matter if I buy it now or later, it’s still gonna be

get a refund and buy the game on a other platform like steam

and they are in sales right now

They are on sale on ubi connect too and I saw a code advertised for 20% at the top of the page, for a toal 60% off all the tm2 games. Since I haven't finished the other games which I already got last time they were discounted on steam, I don't mind waiting for support to finally help

Pretty sure the key popup should show up once you start the game
