hmm, haven't seen that before
my guess is the locally stored PB is in a weird state and the game doesn't recognize it correctly?
I'd suggest reporting that to the devs directly

Reporting issues and giving feedback

The official Ubisoft Discord server is the best place to pass on your feedback and reports to the developers. Once you've joined, make sure you grab the Trackmania role (using the #🎮roles channel) to get access to the Trackmania-related channels.

Don't forget to mention what platform you're on, and include the build version that you're playing on - you can find it in the bottom left of the main menu.

Please do not tag Ubisoft Nadeo employees with bug reports unless specifically asked to do so.

could also be that the submitted PB on the server has some issue, I don't think we'll be able to solve that mystery ourselves
if PBing again doesn't fix it, it's probably just something you need to report
