I can't get the competitive patch to download, it's like all the links i've tried are dead

i followed the links from tmnf exchange with no luck. every time i click on a link it just takes me to an empty blank page with no download or download prompt. I really would like to be able to compete on the leaderboards and it appears that without this patch, i simply can't. help is appreciated
