click on the link next to the replay time, it should start a download
then open the file using nf
that's a bad habit because that doesn't work in newer games.
your best bet is downloading the file to Documents (NOT THE INSTALL FOLDER) -> TmForever -> Tracks -> Replays and then navigating to Editors -> Replay Editor in the game
@hazy escarp
I'm saying newer games
Like maniaplanet/tm2 and tm2020
it doesn't work there properly
that's why you shouldn't get into the habit of doing so
It does if the op gets a newer game and tries this. It's "why you shouldn't get into the habit"
Guys can I have ann TMUF acc.
#tmnf-uf message
fair
There used to be an Install & View button on TMX as well, which launched the replay in-game through a tmtp link. But I’m not sure if we have that on the new TMNF-X. It doesn’t seem like it.
i did that exact thign and nothing showed up
you probably put them in the wrong folder
did you put them in the install folder or the documents one?
You have to restart the game for it to show up there
No
You click the refresh button
Have I not figured that out, in 4 years.
yeah the documents one
tmnf is so fucking broken ugh
it's not, you just don't know how to use a 16y/o game
yes it is
ive been having problems with it every since i installed
just recently it cleared all my progress on the campaign for some reason
and ive never been able to download and view replays
plus, sometimes when I launch the game just crashes
steam version
?standalone
Since the Steam version of Trackmania Nations Forever often comes with various issues like the whitescreen problem (see ?whitescreen for reference) it is highly recommended to download the standalone version of the game. Standalone means the game doesn't need Steam or other launchers to start.
You can get the version by using the following link: http://files.trackmaniaforever.com/tmnationsforever_setup.exe
