I am having an issue where my game will freeze for ~10 seconds during a race, happens both solo and online, happens seemingly at random, sometimes it does not happen for hours of gameplay, sometimes multiple times in a race.
I have this screenshot of the problem frame in ctrl-f7 mode as I saw other threads saying it would be useful info
I am playing with keyboard, controller is not plugged in.
