your trackmania account is tied to your ubisoft account, are you sure you are using your original one? and what do you mean with it restarting your account?

there is no way that your account progress has been reset without you using a different ubisoft account

go into the game, send me a screen of the main menu

and then go to Documents\Trackmania\Replays\Autosaves
