That's just a bug in tmuf. I think it depends on how fast each frame is rendered. So if your PC is rendering slow the signs will be faster

I exported the original video with Adv.Editing AVI/BMP Export (RGBA) Instead of EasyMP4 Encoder and it looks promising

the sign dosn't start at the first frame which is weird but it loops anyway so i think it's fine
