For instance sometimes you won’t be able to load a campaign and even if you do sometimes it will load a different track in the campaign. Sometimes I can’t even go back and play old nadeo campaigns. It also will only load a few skins in the garage before giving up and showing them as black cars. It also won’t let me view ghosts on the leaderboards sometimes. All of this can be fixed by fully closing and restarting the game but for how often it happens it is a major inconvenience.

I have the same issue. I don't believe there is any way to fix it. If I were to guess it's dependant on the actual consoles hardware. You may need a next-gen to prevent this (unless you are on next-gen.)

Can't tell you. If i'll be honest the console map editor compared to the pc editor is inferior in so many ways. If you wanna become a map builder I would just recommend buying a pc.
