I can't play some maps because supposedly the authors blocked me

The screenshot message says "game interrupted: The current map has been created by a blocked user" and it appears constantly when I play royal mode but only on some maps. Now, I don't think the authors really blocked me because I've only been playing since it came out on console and I haven't written much in the chat besides the classic gg.The only thing I can think of that could have happened is that there is an option to block people for having an offensive name, in my case my nickname is "MorenoGold" and the word "moreno" can be interpreted in a derogatory way, but in my case it's my last name so it would feel bad to have to change it. I have already checked and I have not blocked any of the creators of the maps that I cannot play. If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me

the way I understand it is that you blocked the author of the map

not the other way around

Yes, I understood that too, but I haven't blocked anyone in the time I've been playing and I've already checked on Xbox and Ubisoft and indeed I haven't blocked them

Reporting issues and giving feedback

The official Ubisoft Discord server is the best place to pass on your feedback and reports to the developers in a structured way.
Once you've joined, make sure you grab the Trackmania role (using the Channels & Roles button at the top of the channel list) to get access to the Trackmania-related channels.

If your issue has not been reported yet, please help everyone out and take 10 minutes of your time to open up a bug report thread containing as much information as possible on how to reproduce the problem.
Don't forget to mention what platform you're on, and include the build version that you're playing on - you can find it in the bottom left of the main menu.
If you're on PC, sharing your specs (CPU, RAM, GPU) can be useful for the devs as well.

Please do not tag Ubisoft Nadeo employees with bug reports unless specifically asked to do so.
