Can i make a custom skin for these stadium wall things?
if i can, what should the image file's resolution be?
& where should i put the image files?

@mighty jungle may know. He's done a lot of skinning for these type of things.

They are indeed skinnable. Here is a template to create custom ones. Red is for these walls, green is for the small corner pieces of these walls and blue is for the big towers. Theyre all using the same image but different parts of it. Put them in Skins/Any/CircuitScreen

Dark green is only used in TM2 Valley iirc

you can use locators

#

you should be able to create a locator file for them and then upload the .bik file to a file host that allows direct download links

Make sure the locator is not https:// if it's in TMNF/TMUF
