This came after a hardcore reset, if that matters
But basically I started mission 1 and the gold star was immediately marked "failed"
I even completed the mission and should have gotten the gold star, but did not get it (you can see I got the silver objective, and my time was 7:20 so I should have gotten gold)
The next time I did the mission again it didn't happen. Never happened before etiher (like 5 times)
