It doesn't look bad.
You are overreacting the corrections and have hard time staying smooth on small movemnts. Sometimes you either sleep on reading the slowdowns or predict(?), but reading takes time to develop.

You can try:

  • using brighter crosshair color (like green or yellow), should be more visible on black target
  • using smaller crosshair on controlsphere far
  • experimenting a bit with grip tension (how much you squeze the mouse), you want to be more smooth on small motions, but not lag behind

But most importantly watch out for the overflicks and moments like on screen, where the bot starts to slow down, meanwhile you fully commit to right strafe.

i want to finish fox for now but the scenarios that i have almost fox . I played them like 30 times yesterday and couldnt beat them

In general, when you play a scenario, you want to give it like 10-15 min (or more :D) of playtime, so your brain can start adapting to mistakes you make.

For stuff like air pure, you can try searching for a "single bot" version, and isolate the bot you struggle with
