try whisphere raw control begginner and focus on tracking the strafes fully until they end

you often exit them prematurely either cause of over-prediction habits or lack of mouse control

i'd be more inclined to think its the first one

also if there isn't any particular reason for that sensitivity i'd recommend something in the 40s

my mousepad is quite small so i need like, decently high sens

You’re going to struggle to improve without a reasonably sized pad.

300x300mm is the smaller size that’s recommended

but that is still on the smaller side

you have to track the strafe and imagine it's going to continue in that direction forever

until you actually see an acceleration change

For the scenarios where you use those sens (mostly clicking) 360s aren’t really used

its basically impossibl eto track

usually does it when it touches the floor/ceiling

you just have to anticipate it and engage a lot more of your arm

also you can try the scenario coach ben mentioned earlier
