looks like you're too tense or trying to flick back onto target when you lose it
instead, focus on smoothness and reading the bot

Ironically, that fast flickish attempt to get back on target looks like it's causing you to gradually over-tense and repeatedly overshoot your correction (making too much of an adjustment when it requires a slight one) lowering your accuracy by a lot

Instead, do a smoother correction and focus intently on reading the bot
Smoothness helps a ton in controlsphere because if you make fast or jittery corrections, this lowers your ability to accurately read the bot
That's why the best trackers in game look as if they're aiming "slowly" or barely adjusting

When they're just doing the right amount of adjustment, not more which is your mistake here

one other thing is that progress bar at the bottom is low key visually distracting, I'd remove it unless you really like it
and hit sounds can be distracting during tracking, the main consensus is that it's better to turn them off for tracking

i'd probably just play some other control tracking scenarios first

get good at whisphere raw control and regular controlsphere variants

#

cause you're missing some control tracking fundamentals
