Hi, I'm new to aim training. I was Peridot on AIM Labs in a week after more than halving my sensitivity. I just bought Kovaak and I'd like to know which benchmark would be best for improving my aim in general, since I see so many different ones. I play all sorts of FPS games: Overwatch, Apex Legends, and Valorant, where I'm pretty good. Also, what other training methods do you recommend to improve besides just focusing on benchmark exercises? Thanks for reading ❤️

You should start with the Voltaic Intermediate benchmarks. They’ll help you clearly see your strengths and weaknesses. I personally recommend training everything in general — tracking, clicking, switching, speed, precision, smoothness, and reactivity — but it’s also important to do aim training that’s more focused on the gameplay of the specific games you want to improve in.
Regarding benchmarks: if you notice that you’re not performing well in a certain category, that’s probably one of your weaknesses, and working on it will help you improve the fastest. Just make sure you train without stress. Improvement is a biological and scientific process — it takes time and patience, so you won’t always see results immediately after a session.
Having good posture is also important because it helps your muscles stay relaxed, which directly improves precision — one of the most important aspects of aiming.
Another tip: consistent training helps a lot. In my experience, I’ve made progress even with scenarios that weren’t extremely difficult, simply because I practiced them properly and consistently.
Since we’re on this Discord server, you can also take advantage of the resources channel to work on your weaknesses using the tools available there.

Ty a lot 😊 i will start the benchmark today
very well
And for everyday you think I need to find a aim routine before go in benchmark to just step up ?
Not necessarily. You don’t need a full aim routine before doing benchmarks. Benchmarks are mainly there to show you where you currently stand and what your weaknesses are... then you fix them
Okay, thanks. And I have a question about where I should position my hand on the mouse. Where can I place it? (Your question?)
well there are 3 mouse grips: palm grip - claw grip - tip grip.. now you should use the one that you are more comfortable with
Yes, I'm using a claw grip, but my palm isn't completely flat on the mousepad; I noticed it's slightly to the side, so my whole hand is tilted.
That’s actually pretty common with claw grip. Your palm doesn’t need to be completely flat on the mousepad — claw is naturally a bit “elevated” and tilted. What does matter is whether the tilt is coming from a natural hand position or from tension. this would help you get better info: https://youtu.be/RvhniU-CJXU?si=sIT-n2-K7zU9Y07D
How you should hold your mouse is something I see discussed a lot online, with countless people claiming to have found the objective answer to the question by looking at the changes in aim each grip causes. So, how can mouse grip not matter if the one you use does have an objective impact on how you aim?
