How do i improve my mentality in games? And i dont mean to just be positive. I have a big ego and i think im better than everyone even tho im not, i blame my team for loosing, and i dont look at games as a chance of improving. I tried to get a better mentality but i just FORGET to think about myself and not my team, i start raging and then i realize that i was supposed to be calm and focus on improving.

I'm basically the opposite personality type as you, but maybe after a game where you find yourself doing that, VOD review yourself.

Then pick out at least one area in that VOD that you can improve on. Also take ownership of a mistake you made, the more costly that mistake and ego-harming the better. And there is no game where you made no mistakes, so you can't say "no, I did this perfectly"

Stretch goal: watch a player who you thought sucked on your team and see if they did anything good. Some toxic people are very unaware of the things that aren't happening right in front of them.

Other stretch goal: watch the enemy team and see what mistakes they were making. Did you capitalize on their mistakes at all?

Doing all that sounds like a pain in the ass, but punishing yourself and learning from it might help correct the behavior. No one else can hold you accountable though, that's on you

Bro when u are getting rage stop for 1 sec and think: why i'm raging? Rage will improve my gameplay or just make me more rage? When um start asking your selve and trying to think diferently, answering questions for exemple you go out of anxiety and starts thinking raccionaly .
