basically im hardstuck saffron/celadon on viscose controlsphere, i just dont have a vod of that 😭 but thought some1 could give me some tips on controlsphere or similar scens

one correct thing you already did is looking for a different variant, training using both easier and harder scenarios is highly beneficial

btw going from 2400 to 3100 in a week is great progress already so i wouldn't worry too much if it's slowing down, you're just kinda using up your beginner gains
a few things non gameplay related i would change though, is the crosshair, there's no real reason for it to be so small and you just make it harder for yourself to see it with your peripheral vision, and the shoot sounds imo are just completely useless, i would turn them off, keep the hit sounds themselves on to associate sound with hitting and silence with missing.

for the vod itself, you often lose the bot due to a very wide adjustment, either lack of smoothness in longer tracking or just an overcorrection(could be due to an excess in tension)
happens for example at 0:06-0:07 when u start going left and lose the bot with an adjust
0:24-0:31 is a streak of those, where you lose a lot of score due to that issue
