Yes, absolutely. Will send it soon
Your technique won’t scale
There is a very visible pause present here when you reset your tension post flick
Harder and smaller dots require fluidity and a nailed landing
This kind of technique works fine for big, easy to lead switching tho
Transition immediately into a smooth speed match once you arrive
thanks, ill send a second VOD soon
@final ermine @inner cliff
ur moving very slowly in between targets
in the speed one u sent before u were shaking a lot on your landings (but was barely visible due to large targets)
personally I would recommend doing harder scenarios to practice (like the hard variant) so u can actually see your mistakes more easily
u didn't have to improve on the one you sent because the targets were so big, but u have to focus on speeding up while maintaining stable landings
it may help to try to release the tension a little before you get to the target as well to help with the stability afterwards
but either way u have to speed up and still be smooth/stable after
got it, also should i try using my arm or wrist for the majority of the run or do i just blend both? i play on 47cm
realistically both should be used
but u can try to keep more tension in the arm for flicks and track smooth with your wrist. I find myself doing that for some switching scenarios but idk how useful it would be
ive been trying to lift my arm the entire time since yesterday because for some reason the tension feels controlled and my wrist doesnt hurt at all but i dont think its sustainable in the long run
well viscose does that
just make sure you aren't hurting yourself from doing that
Sit higher to let the arm hang off the torso
