You over adjust

#

👍

#

Adjust less and start speedmatching sooner

thanks

Instead of needing a firm flick to adjust back on the target, just literally start going in the new direction

#

So like

#

Zero adjustment

#

Just instant shift in velocity from one vector to another

#

Can only play easy scenarios later

Your wrist is probably shot partially due to a lack of support from the fingers

#

See the pinky and thumb squeezing palm in here?

#

Supporting the wrist with tension here can help take the exhaustion out of reactive

winged parrot
#

I tend to run out of tension a lot during aa 4 cus these days fast small strafes

It’s an unrelated photo that happens to get my message across

#

Consider it a temporary solution until I can produce content

in my case I would say it's mostly thumb and ring finger doing the work, pinky is for "feeling the texture of the mousepad"

idle oracle
#

Tendons are connected

#

Anyway, sounds like you’re already doing a lateral tension squeeze so no worries

#

My suggestion is to play air pure bot 2

#

It’s good at teaching non predictive following without over adjusting

winged parrot
#

I use the pinky for the mouse tilt a lot during longer strafes

idle oracle
#

Again don’t think about flicking to get back on the bot, just instantly change direction

winged parrot
#

I find doing easy control sphere scenarios helps a lot with technique

to add on to what coach ben is saying, if you're having a hard time implementing new techniques, i'd recommend playing timescaled versions versions to lab out the motion. playing 70%, 80%, 90% gives you enough time to feel the bot out and experiment
