@kindred ore Ive seen your document and found it quite helpful but I dont get the difference between elbow and forearm, isnt that the same thing? Also what ive noticed I have really big problem of tracking long strafe to my right, it put my arm and wrist to the limit of my ROM and when it goes back to the left I cant track it smoothly

or how much sideways pressure you use from fingers, to support the strafe - I tend to try to undertrack with arm since it's easier to push a bit with finger if needed, while if you go too fast is harder to stabilize
maybe I'm overcomplicating and thinking too much like control tracking
