im running a very high sens rn, to try be for "calm" in a sense. and focus on more smooth movements

kind latch
dense horizon
#

you are holding angles too wide most of the time

#

also your peeks are kinda bad

#

i would say try to focus on improving on your peeks and your movement rn

kind latch
dense horizon
#

this is bad most of the time imo

#

because then you are not max speed

#

you have to peek 90 degrees to the line of sight of the enemy

#

the tracking thing only works when you are hella far from an angle and the enemy is close to that wall

kind latch
dense horizon
#

also you are holding for the wide swing too wide

dense horizon
#

would you track the corner and clear it?

#

or would you slice the angle and clear the off angles that way

#

and react with a microadjustment when you see the enemy

#

?

#

if i want to point it out in the tdm specifically, you are doing it at 0:40

#

i was looking at your other dm vods as well

#

and a common issue is that you are holding angles a bit too wide

#

you can look at oxy's videos for his dm footage to see how he plays

#

if you notice, he holds pretty close to the wall compared to you

i would recommend you to try playing on 0.1 1600 for a dm, record it and show

# kind latch i was just coming out of spawn

you were, but thats also why i feel like tdm is a bit bad for this type of analysis on your mechanics. it doesnt show you some mistakes which you make because almost all the fights when you come out of spawn are long range

#

the thing is, your raw aim is pretty decent. that part is not the glaring issue rn

#

i do notice a thing where you try to hit confirm too hard sometimes, causing you to tense up

dense horizon
#

again, i dont want to analyze tdm too much because this is not a map you will play in comp

#

i can give a few more timestamps, but the issues are more visible on the normal dm which you put vods of

dense horizon
#

you can notice that your preaim is off in a lot of cases, either your crosshair is a bit too far or your crosshair is a bit too high

#

these things can be worked on with conscious practice over time

kind latch
dense horizon
#

but the glaring issue in your raw aim is the hit confirmation aspect i would say

#

so when you whiff on these moving targets, i feel like you are looking at your crosshair

kind latch
dense horizon
#

would you say that this assumption is accurate?

kind latch
dense horizon
#

ok, but i am noticing a lack of target reading

#

so im guessing you are predicting

#

in a lot of these cases it is fine to do a leading shot

kind latch
dense horizon
#

ok so do you play any benchmark?

#

like viscose or voltaic?

#

i want to see your dynamic scores specifically

kind latch
dense horizon
#

if you played anima microv2 you can show that one as well

kind latch
#

played it a little

dense horizon
#

ok so your raw aim seems to not be the issue

#

i feel like you are lacking the reading skills for the enemies in valorant

#

so for now i want you to focus on trying not to rush your microadjustment

#

dont do it too slow also though

#

and for strafing enemies, i would like you to notice whether its a long strafe or short strafe and make your leading shot based on that

#

ex- for short strafes, its better not to adjust too much, however for long strafe you should make the leading shot accordingly

kind latch
dense horizon
#

in anima micro v2, i feel like microshot avasive will be really helpful as it emulates the movement of heads of the enemies you whiffed on long range

dense horizon
#

basically in dm its like a sandbox

#

i want you to notice the movement of the enemies

#

you can also watch high level players like oxy playing dm

#

his adjustments are extremely high level, you can learn a lot from it

#

its usually the first 2-3 min of his yt vids

#

tbh your raw aim is pretty good, that much is apparent from a first glance, but if your goal is to improve your valorant mechanics to improve in valorant, i gave the guideline you can follow

#

for now you can focus on these things for now, and not spend as much time in aim trainers if that is your goal

#

your raw aim is good enough to be in immortal easily

#

your raw aim i would say is better than mine based on your scores and i am immo3

dense horizon
#

but yeah lmk if i was helpful, you can shoot me a dm if you want me to look at a vod or something
