#Terrible bad habbit

I have no idea why this happens but in movement shooters like overwatch and apex i can hit my first shots but in the next shots I FORGET TO MOVE MY MOUSE, its soo frustrating because i would kill him here easly, but i cant because i didnt move my mouse and focused on moving my char instead. But in valorant and cs it happens way less.
I lose a lot of times because of this,please help

There are few the vdim in kovaaks has some I know there is a movement playlist in resources somewhere or at least use to be. There is an apex one as well I’ll try to find it when I get home
It has apex in its name you may be able to search for it. Last I looked there wasn’t that many with apex in the name but I’ll try to remember when I get home
