#Aim got worse after starting aim training again?

Hey everyone,
I could really use some advice.
I’ve basically been playing FPS games my whole life — mainly games like CS:GO and Valorant. Around 2023 I started focusing more on competitive FIFA, but I still played Valorant from time to time. Before that I used to aim train a lot and was Jade Complete in the Voltaic benchmark.
Because of FIFA I stopped aim training for a while. About a month to a month and a half ago I started getting back into aim training again and now I’m doing it daily.
Right now I’m Jade Complete again in Static and Dynamic, but my tracking is still Diamond in the Voltaic benchmarks.
The weird thing is: before I started aim training again, when I was just playing Valorant casually (still ranked), my aim felt completely fine. My flicks were good, I hit my headshots, and I could carry games pretty consistently.
But since I started aim training again, my in-game aim feels worse. It feels like I’m almost too confident with my sensitivity or something, and I’m missing shots that should be very easy. Simple headshots that I normally would hit — I just don’t hit them anymore.
Whenever I start missing these easy shots I also start tilting a bit. I try to tell myself to stop tilting and reset mentally, but it still keeps happening.
Has anyone experienced something similar after getting back into aim training?
Could this just be a mindset issue, or maybe something related to overthinking my aim?
Any advice would be really appreciated.

I have this same issue. I feel like it's because you don't move in Aim training so it's strictly just stationary aiming but in games when you're moving you position yourself to use less of a flick if that makes sense so that lil bit that you missed by is probably because you're not in sync with your movement anymore

You could also be making mistakes with aiming. Whether it’s in the trainer or in game. Or you could be fighting yourself between good habits. Normally it’s the bad but post videos of your aim training and ask for advice under Vod review.

try changing your sensitivity a little bit, not too much but enough to make it so you have to focus on it.

if i ever feel mind blocked or that im missing easy shots i change my sens a little bit to force myself to focus more on aiming since i sometimes autopilot. i do it in apex, val, ow, rivals. i stay around the same range of like 30-40 cm/360 ofc, but i change it around that area if i feel like im missing easy shots
