Ive been playing valorant since beta and been playing kbm since 2018ish. Ive watched countless videos on how to improve in valorant and im not seeing much improvement. I try to be conscious of all the things I learned in the videos but it feels like its no use. I have recently gotten into aim training and around 20 hours I reached fox in viscose benchmark and gold in VT season 5, but have been hard stuck silver in valorant for a long time. Any tips would be greatly apricated, thank you.

Practice always intentionally pre-aiming at headshot level. I'm seeing a few times (at least 0:25, 0:33, 1:16 in the dm vod) that you peek a corner with your crosshair above/below head level. In most cases where you do this, it leads to you dying - or winning the gunfight only because they whiff half a clip on you.
The way you can practice this is literally just by tracking your teammates pre-round through walls, seeing where you need to aim. You can also re-watch your comp games with enemy outlines visible, such that you can see where you were pre-aiming well or poorly.
1:16 is an interesting one because you do try to pre-aim the corner, but your crosshair kinda... drops? It's at/around head level when you first start to plan to peek (1:16), but then by the time you've peeked (1:18), you can see it's actually dropped quite a bit - if there'd been someone there, you would've shot their chest. Try rewatching the rest of the video on 0.75x speed, specifically your peeks, to see if this is a consistent trend - if it is, it's definitely something that would be limiting your ability to clear corners in real games.
