yeah your main issue is flicking back to the bot, you can watch my run for tips (although it isnt that crazy)

yea i understand thats the issue but im completely lost on how to fix it

i really struggle when it adad strafes really fast

the way i got better at adad strafes was just playing more but i know that isnt very good advice
