actually what you found is pretty good for the price if you happy with the specs you should buy it, just in case the fast ips is not good if you want to have beautiful graphics, gl and wish you like your screens

your lucky because this is a fast ips and so the reactivity is really good like an oled monitor, also you have 240hz and that is really great for fps games and for the price it very good

a displayport 1.4 will do the job but if you have a laptop maybe it gonna be difficult but i don't now the specs but if it good enough you can run 240fps, also you said your gonna change to a real pc in not many time so it will probably run better than the laptop
