Hello Guys just getting started with aim training and I have a bad problem with deathgripping my mouse and having too much tension in general. If I activly try to force a calm grip I aim extremly badly and feel like I have no control. I try to fix this because I get really bad pain in my hand and wrist when playing or aim training for a few minutes. Do you guys have any good advice or can recommend good resources on this topic?

Just be more relaxed, theres not much else you can do
Yes ofc, but Iam searching for an advice on how to approach that and learn to be more relaxed.
try easier scenarios like smoothness and try to focus on adding minimum tension step by step like 10% tension -> 20% tension -> 30% tension -> back to 20%
and try to change tension smoothly
hard mode is to try playing scenarios that force you to predict and overtense and trying to control tension there. for example trackstop scenarios
also if you have pains after couple of mins it means you already have big wrist issues and you need a medical help or a couple days gaming break at least since overtension is not a big deal usually
