Your rhythm are too static i guess
+you take too much time on micro and confirmation part you want to be more aggressive
@hot owl what u think
Over flicking is murdering your pace
You are forced to react slower if your micro potentially is omnidirectional
You need to be putting the crosshair directly in front of the target the same way every time so that your brain knows that your micro adjustment only has to be a small cone in the same direction as the initial
Grind the novice version and restart any run where you over, flick at all
Shaky landings or landings that put you perpendicular to the target are also over flicks
Stop trying to flick directly to the dot every time and reframe the purpose of your initial, which is to close the gap so that your adjustment can finish the task
https://streamable.com/3p1mz4 quick 30s snippet, would this be considered better technique?
obv its a lot easier of a scenario so it wont go that smooth in adv 😂 but ty im glad im doing it right for once
should feel better too
ill just have to dial in getting the underflick more accurate
You still want to be a little bit more explosive in this scenario
When comparing it to 1wxt scenarios
yeah i slowed my speed down to force myself to make sure i underflick while i was switching technique
u think the micros are good tho? you think the next thing to work on is just better initial flicks?
yes
next thing is 5-10 hours just doing reps
making these flicks good
the better you nail the flick angle and flick power the better
remember
flicks you don't have to micro are f licks you can spend tension early to prep the next flick
your pace can skyrocket if your direct 2 dot flicks increase
but you need a consistent approachc that lets you react to mistakes and fix problems
keeping your iniitial right in front of the dot is one way to reduce randomness
and simplify your subsequent reflexive tasks
Your initials for now are good enough assuming you can replicate what is happening in that clip consistently
You can work on the explosiveness with time
But you should be focusing on your pathing at this point and your landings
Always go to the next closest for and be aware of the next path you can take
But also understand that it is not a fixed path and other spawns can change said path
The reason why it feels like top players always get good spawns and clusters and you don’t is due to the fact that they are always conscious of the path they are on and how it changes
You want to let the map an spawn dictate your pathing and not your pathing be set in stone and ignore what the map is giving you
