I'm only gold complete myself, but when my benchmarks looked like this I found it best to focus on the categories that were the lowest rank. So in your case, I'd focus on control tracking and try to get that to bronze.

Eg. get everything to iron, then get everything to bronze, then everything to silver, then everything to gold.
