Best for each scenario. You are training raw aim as a component to your in game aim. No need to match settings
i usually train on a sensitivity slightly higher than that of the game i wish to play
generally speaking though you do wanna change it up every so often
whatever is best for each scenario as you're training to move your muscles better
so you change your sens after every scenario you do then
that sounds quite cumbersome

Eh not really, it only takes a few seconds. I usually only play 2-3 scenarios a session and they tend to have very similar sensitivities. For instance, yesterday I played novice/intermediate/advanced versions of vt raw control s5 and kept the same sens. I play the same sens on a lot of dynamic clicking too
oh okay, so if the scens cover a similar area you wont need to change the sens as much
