grind centering?
ok, thank u
I might be wrong and u can’t tell without a handcam but
Seems like u only use ur wrist
I’d focus on trying to blend ur wrist and arm together
A good way to practise this is in viscose benchmarks
If ur dia complete u should be able to do this scen
I’d practise in scenarios like whisphere and leap track in the viscose easier scenarios
Focusing on being smooth and reading the bot
Make sure to incorporate ur arm more while staying smooth with ur wrist
yeah I filmed on my phone to check and ur pretty much right, I'm like pushing my wrist down and pivoting on it.
the big shakes in the vod come from where I have to move my arm because I've used all of the ROM in my wrist, but idk why its so fucking shaky.
Im tryna focus on my tension usage to see if its some problem there but I already struggle big time with 'feeling' tension so its pretty much impossible for me to nail it down rn
this is my viscose bench sheet liek
Ignore the score
Just play it till u feel smooth
If it’s to easy go to intermediate
Just comes with play time and
Less tension is always better
U can always add tension
But it’s very hard to take away
should I spam them on like 70-80cm to force more arm ig? I'll just play the scens u suggested a lot and maybe some 'smal' variants to to and improve the micros/reactivity on arm
I don’t recommend that
Maybe go up 10cm
Just do all the viscose ones
In arm/wrist/blending
U can even do fingertip but
Not necessary
Getting good at those
Will help alottt with controlsphere
U can ignore pgti
And smoothbot
Since those r kinda outta the scope of ur practise
But the rest r good
If u get seal tho
Def go to intermediate
ok i will do all of that, thx
