480hz -> 540hz , not noticable at all
OLED is pretty nice , the panel itself is mainly for color accuracy , but 0.03ms response time , low blur makes it a good option for competitive FPS games and 26.5 inch 480hz is still pretty good even tho it's bigger than the 24 inch but it's 1440p so huge + for image clarity
New OLEDs specially the ones from Asus , no need to worry about burn in as long as you do pixel clean every 12 hours
Overall i would recommend the OLED ( 1440p , near zero response time , size is bigger but resolution is also better and some other reasons )

ZOWIE has dyac which is supposed to give u the no ghosting experince. but oled already does that so just go with the oled and the colors and contrast will give better clearity and help notice enemies faster
