What would be cool is irl fitness benchmarks also. This way you can show you are a good aimer but also spend time outside and are healthy.
Could be a peer reviewed system where you post videos as proof and you need to get scores on strenght, plyometrices and conditioning.

We have/had something like this before, had an updated version planned out too, but it was shelved, since it needs someone dedicated to it to manage it.
