Different sensitivities use different parts of your arm, a higher sens would make you reliant on your wrist and fingers, which would develop the control through them, whereas a lower one would focus more on the forearm. It’s all about developing the control throughout your arm. Flicking and tracking use the forearm, whereas microadjusting uses the fingers and wrist

Yes yes I get all that. But how do I find the different sensitivities other than my main sens. Just use random slow and fast sens? I’m new to aim training so idk how to do this
Well, a fast sens would be from around 20-30cm, anything below 20 is too fast imo, some may disagree. A slower sens would be from 60-90? Idk, anything over 60 feels slow. I usually use 40 for most the tasks aside from static, often going over 60, but sometimes I make it faster if it feels low, it all depends on the task ig.
So I just pick a fast sens that feels good for the precise tasks. And pick a slow sens for faster scenarios?
