Hey guys, I train at least 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes a day and I don't know how to explain it, but I'm losing more and more skill every day. For a few days I'll be at my peak, and then for a good while I'll be getting worse and worse in every scenario I try. If anyone has an explanation, please let me know because this shi is actually breaking my confidence and makes me feel envious of those who are progressing much faster than me

could honestly just be muscle fatigue, take a break for one or two days and see how it goes afterwards, daily training can be quite counterproductive especially if you don't have a fair bit of experience within aim trainers
it could also be that you're entering your compression phase, basically not performing as well as you're used to, however still raising all of your lowest scores, and after that phase you'll hit new highscores aka you get more progression again
i know ive always experienced it but the phase where i hit new highscores are so much rare than my phase where I'm really bad , i think i have experience on it i am currently grandmaster on most clicking and tracking scenarios , even rest days aren't enough..
oh my bad, was assuming you havent had a lot of experience in aim trainers before, so no clue how much a jade rank approaching masters can help you out on this, maybe your brain is also automatically switching to autopilot when doing scenarios instead of actively practicing technique, mouse control, etc, just to throw some ideas around, i assume you vod review your plays aswell?
