if you have to ask how to make a routine you should just follow premade ones #resources

making a routine requires you to know what issues you have and how to fix it (or what you want to get better at) then make a routine based off of that
i personally don't recommend routines but it can help with consistency in training and discipline

play whatever you feel like playing
