My arm and wrist should be relaxed so thats what im doing, but i feel like the center of my mouse getting imbalanced when i get too relaxed. Any long term routines or grip guides?

#

Id also like to ask where i should put my pressure, like arm, wrist etc

I mean it kinda looks like a palm grip and claw grip hybrid. Rn im trying to fully relax my hand without any tense so that i can be consistent with my micros.
(I used claw grip in the past, i dont know what grip it 100% is)

My hand is really straight with shoulders not being tense. But the hand wants to fall to one side cuz it feels comfortable. How can i make it a claw grip so that it isnt palm grip?

Yes claw grip offers best benefits out of all tho
Claw is basically like having only the last joint of fingers on the mouse and the base of palm touching the mouse from back.

#

The index and middle finger can be straight tho

The palm is on the mouse but the wrist also stays on the mousepad so that i can do wrist flicks

Like the tips of the fingers only
Yes it also offers stability and you should always be in contact with mousepad with wrist but not pushing hard with it

Ok, so in summary i should tense 3 of my fingers a little and not let my hand be too relaxed?

Limited experience here, but I was having the same issue until recently and it was because of my shoulders that naturally slump and roll forward due to muscle imbalances. When shoulders are rolled forward, they can naturally rotate your whole arm outwards. See if rolling your shoulders back a bit and bringing your arm closer into your side helps with fatigue in your new position, you should feel tension in your back mostly.

This might also help if you have trouble flicking downwards.
