So apparently VDIM is bad and its too long. The other stuff is bad, benchmark is good but I need to know what to look for. What am I/should I be doing, everytime I come here I get 8 different pieces of advice. Is there any method to the madness or is it people throwing things at a wall until they stick.

Do VDIM with the matty score threshold method but if no time for VDIM a lot of shorter versions of VDIM exist and do one of those

imo run benchmarks till you roughly plateau and understand your weaknesses
then run playlists specific to a certain sub-category and find scenarios which target the weakness(or just ask), run it, improve upon it, benchmark again and so on for all subcats

I shall do that, I noticed I've set back a little progress with my new mouse. However I can do way more movements with it, just gotta ffind that sweet spot and adjust
