high level on aimlab but hardstuck gold

I know you might say , it is about gamesens and movement but its been 1 year im stucking at gold , im decent at deathmatchs , i have immortal rank on most exs of val med benchmark but cant move of this rank, i always feel like the enemy sees me before or i have poor reaction time. Can someone guide me throught this shi pls

yeah once you do that you will have developed enough mouse control. once thats done look at each game for the mistakes you have made be intentional about trying eliminate each one and you will slowly rank up

Record ur ranked games and watch them back. think about what factors led to a death and what could’ve been done to avoid it, also take into account whether the death was worth avoiding. Compare how you play to how pros do in similar situation. For example if you play Jett watch how oxy entries and think about what parts of that you want to incorporate that into ur own games

Imo you should download the replay and just watch how you die and try to fix mistakes you see and also try to not overthink your gun fights:)
