Hi, wanting to get back into aim training. Last time I played I had jade almost masters scores in some of the static tasks iirc. But coming back to it, and trying to focus on my weaknesses, my tracking looks like this lol.

Im trying my absolute best to not use any tension but my arm still seems to hurt and I still majorly lack any control. Am I just cooked???

couple things

#

first you can turn off the bullet marks in the settings, they dont really add anything and are mostly just a distraction

#

second, you are using quite a high sensitivity on this scen, looks like you don't have the control in your arm so try bumping your sens up and using your arm more, something like 40-50 cm

#

third, you shouldnt be aiming to play with "no" tension, you need tension to move your mouse, you want to be efficient with your use of tension in order to move smoothly with the bot

#

your arm should be the focus of your tension, with slight tension in the fingerTIPS to grip the mouse and have control, with your wrist kept low tension so that you can adjust to direction changes with it smoothly, from there you can explore what changing tension in different areas affects in terms of your aim

#

if changing these things doesnt improve your score quite significantly i recommend dropping down to the easy version of the viscose benches, if you are below intermediate in the voltaic benches then you should probably drop down to easy anyway

Should I still be using low sens for tracking?

And slowly increase it as I get more comfortable?
