Sensitivity is genuinely personal preference. As for shaky aim issues, it could be a variety of things. Such as too much tension in your arm and/or wrist, poor mouse control or some aiming weakness holding you back. Lowering your sensitivity only hides the issue, it won't necessarily fix it. I am curious though. What is your sens and DPI in valorant?
#im confused idk which sens to use due to my shakey aim

We've all heard it before, stick to one sensitivity to get good aim and if you change it you'll ruin your muscle memory. If this is true though, how can the best players change their sens all the time and still aim well?
The game I'm playing at a few points that isn't valorant or apex is called the finals, its free on steam and rly fun c:

if you have been aim training while using actual scens not just gridshot your aim should naturally adjust to wtv sens u use cuz u would have built the mouse control
i use 0.175 1600 dpi but i keep changing it and this was my kidna main sens u can say
yea i used to do actual scens not justgridshot andd i have already watched all of those aim training tips and etc vids
just use vt stuff
any sens should work but if ur playing tacFPS use a lower fps
That sensitivity is fine. Stick with it and focus on training your weaknesses. And like B1u3 said you can just use VT scenarios to train your aim. I'd recommend the Voltaic Benchmarks to see how good your raw aim is and what to work on. You can also use the Voltaic Valorant Benchmarks to measure your tacfps aim if you're more interested in that aspect.
i do vt benchmarks and how do i measure my tacfps aim in it?
I suppose the clicking and switching scenarios. (Though don't neglect your tracking it's useful).
If I were you I'd just look at my lowest scores and see which aiming category needs work. Whether I'd be clicking, tracking or target switching.
i used to play on claw grip but i tried this grip and it seems to help
