iam trying to work on my static clicking and i honestly dont really grasp the concept of the bardoz method. iam trying to be a bit slower just to practice this. fast explosive initial flick with slower micro but i put a lot of tension in my wrist and lower arm and my flicks feel pretty uncontrollable. i watched so many videos on this but nothing seems to really click.
#platinum in most but not static

You should be fast yes but it also has to be in control, try playing pokeball without overflick and slow down a bit before you reach the target so it's land softer
does that mean i should flick slower? i really dont understand how i should not flick fast but also not glide in between targets. i can do it slower and without doing a full wrist jerk but isnt the explosiveness the point? iam not trying to sound offensive or something iam just really lost lol
It's hard to explain too lmao but as i said it has to be fast but also in control
You don't want to flick mindlessly and overflick every single time
It takes me 250hr to understand flick tech
flicking just always feels out of my control, i sometimes land on the target, sometimes not
I felt that too at the beginning

Are you tired of having all the information without any structure? This video we'll talk about how EXACTLY you should use and structure each aim field, it correlates to their weaknesses and when to use what in i...
Have you watched this one yet?
dont think so lemme give it a watch, thanks
This channel is really good
i watched a few of his videos but somewhere here in the discord people said that his advice isnt worth much or something so i kinda stopped lol
@wicked peak https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBHM5U0PmyY i also got a video where i play "normal" and always end up getting a better score but it dosnt feel right since i dont do strong flicks
You can add more speed later it's much better then previous clip
After you're comfortable with this pace try to go faster a bit at a time
alright so its fine how i do it then? it just dosnt feel or look to me like flicking lol but when i look at matty or other really good players do this i also cant tell that their flicking with how fast they are
It's fine i also did that
Top player can flick really fast but still in control while novice-inter level can't
Like i can flick that fast but it gonna mess up lmao
yah i see, thanks for your help
bro did not just post a 4bk video 💀
also 4bk is has horrendous opinions on static, would not trust him for 5 seconds
thats what i said but idk iam not good enough to judge his videos 🤣 i watched the video but there wasnt really anything presented i havent seen or heard before or scenarios that the VDIM playlists didnt already tackle it seems like.
you need to actually flick more
you are often just "floating" your crosshair to the bot
but i don't see whats triggering you to avoid flicking
id like to see you play a task with larger bots
like vt multiclick 120 intermediate
for me its flicking down
my flicks are worse when i have to flick down and away from the axis
so sometimes
i may float it
if im not thinking about properly flicking
the bardoz way i tried to practice is in the first video, where i yeet my mouse pretty hard which is never really stable enough. thats kinda what i asked first, if the way i was doing it in the first video is the right Technique for that or not. i do flick, just not even close as hard as in the first video. i did get a new pb on this scenario today which is something at least.

i was told to yeet my mouse as hard as possible for a proper "flick" so i did but how do i control this and not have my arm lock up after doing this for 30 seconds?
i also do voxTS to practice the fast flicks and pokeball in teh hopes of getting more acurate, but so far its extremly uncontrollable and very straining on my arm and wrist.
i know the "tension mangament" concept but dont really know how to implement it.
This run remind me of bananafps lmao
You overpush speed and end up overflick most of the time and due to high tension you take alot of time to recover and then micro
As i said early long time ago your speed is good but you have to land softer so you can make your micro more easier
matty told me when i send my vod in during one of his streams that iam not flicking so i should learn how to flick proper on voxTS and also do pokeball do increase the accuracy when i then learned how to flick. thats why ive been pushing this much flick speed. but yah i got no idea how to control all this tension :/
Have u try to deceleration before reaching target and tense again to stop your flick?
iam trying to onyl give it a burst for the flick and then ease it in on the target, but aint working so far. i might just need me practice trying to control it
Maybe it's the matter of time, keep grinding
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9JoDMDXVTcg using this video trying to understand the whole thing.
Tension has developed a bit of a reputation in FPS spaces as something that destroys your aim, gripping your mouse less tightly and having less tension in your hands are some of the most common bits of advice I see given when people ask for aiming tips online. And they aren't exactly wrong, but they aren't exactly right either.
This is a video ...
I still don't understand the concept of tension management till this day lmao
Everything i know about tension is not to tense too much or too less that's all i know
i only started to know what tension is supposed to feel like now that iam pushing so much flick speed. but yah tension managment seems like a whole different thing
anyone knows good scenarios to practice flick accuracy? i know pokeball is the answer to everything static, but small or big targets? widewall or not? obviously i want to hit the targets directly. i hope my shaky landings will get better over time but if theres something to make it less shaky let me know.
