I have 460 hours in kovaaks and only peak bronze/iron in every scenario, i feel hopeless

I had 160hrs doing random stuff before s5, i was gold in s4. Day 1 was just when i started recording my progress after i hit gold complete s5
Im sitting at around 300hrs of kovaaks now and sometimes feel like im progressing too slowly. Either way it doesnt matter as long as ur making progress. @ionic haven

Honestly, even back when I was GM (can show rank card if you want proof lol, it was two years ago) I had days where I struggled to even get Plat/Diamond scores. If it feels like you're performing significantly worse than usual it can be a sign of burnout - or you're just not feeling it that day - take the day off and pick it back up tomorrow :) don't let bad days make you feel like you've made zero progress or you're moving backwards.
Remember, progress is never linear! You gotta go down sometimes before you can reach new peaks.
Yeah ive already had to grind for a few days with no improvement in diamond and you're absolutely right. Just have to keep it going, if it was easy everyone would be gm 😂
Being consistent is good, but that also applies to taking consistent breaks. Four weeks training->one week break, or any kind of scheduled breaks can be really useful for getting through plateaus. You also shouldn't train for too long at one time. I generally don't recommend training for longer than 90 minutes without taking at least a one hour break, but it can depend on your aiming style and the skillsets you're training.
Based on the fact that you've trained on over 85% of the last three months, I fully believe you are burnt out. Take a weeklong break and play games that you enjoy; don't place so much pressure on yourself to improve as fast as possible. Sometimes you need to slow down in order to gain a new top speed, if that makes sense.
When your break is over, try this: Take note of your four weakest categories (reactive tracking, smoothness ts, dynamic clicking etc) and play the corresponding VDIM playlists (go into the resources channel and you'll see the VDIM playlists for both AL and KvK) for a few days. Dedicate one day to each skillset, and then grind the benchmarks at the end of the week. I'm certain you'll make progress if you do this.

pretty sure i have rsi (repetitive strain injury) does not seem too bad but before it gets worse i will rest for a bit from aim training and the gym

so we are still recovering, might be tendonitis 80% back to full capacity
nice. Yeah wrist pain seems to be a real issue in general with aim training. I'm also noticing some issues with my wrist and i'm only a month or so into my journey
my wrist was hurting p bad last night
not even a wrist issue tbh its my forearm, lifting things with my palm facing down gives a burning/ tingling feeling in my forearm
also just weakness, spueezing at certain angles also feels not the best
dont skip out on those stretches and try not to slam 150 hrs in a few months aim training with minimal down time
