#Do you lean back in your chair?

If you're not leaning back while aim training you're not doing it right
But take a look at matty at the red bull tournament. He is also clearly leaning forward. As well as if i watch valorant pro play, most of them also lean forward
as long as your lower back is supported should be fine
leaning forward is jus a bad habit people become accustomed to
also makes u more focused id say at the cost of bad posture
Thing is, if i dont lean forward my upper back, my elbow will be further away from the desk, which limits my range of motion
You should invest in a chair with more adjustability in the armrests or a standing desk for the height adjustability. You lower the armrests to scooch further into your desk or elevate the table to do the same. A chair would be more affordable I believe, and it would even further benefit your posture and long term health.
I already removed my armrests from the chair, and I have an adjustable desk. What is blocking my range of motion is my backrest, when I pull my arm back to aim vertically
Oh i see. Yeah i dont see a solution other than maybe fingertip grip for added vertical range of motion
Yeah thats a good idea, but for that i have to get a new mouse, deathadder v3 is too big
i sit up straight, maybe ever so slightly forward, and bring the monitor in. i like being closer to the screen but i avoid having "jabbi posture" lmao
more like twistzz
Is this real
